These Terms of Use govern your use of The Living Room’s website at the-livingroom.in and our application form at apply.the-livingroom.in (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Yellow Duck (OPC) Private Limited, CIN U70200GJ2026OPC177785, GSTIN 24AACCY2170J1ZC, registered office 901, Sanket Heights, Sun Pharma Road, Atladara, Vadodara – 390012, Gujarat (“The Living Room”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These terms cover using the website, applying, and buying tickets or passes — before you become a member. If your application is successful and you choose to join, your membership is governed by the separate Membership Agreement you accept at the point of joining.
Eligibility
You must be 22 years of age or older to apply for membership or use the Site for that purpose. By applying, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and your own.
Membership by Application
Membership is by application and assessment. Submitting an application or completing the assessment does not guarantee admission — admission is at our sole discretion. Membership, once offered and accepted, is governed by our Membership Agreement and the policies referenced in it.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: provide false information; interfere with or disrupt the Site; attempt to gain unauthorised access; scrape, copy, or harvest content or data; or use the Site in any way that harms The Living Room or others.
Intellectual Property
The Living Room name, logo, branding, text, images, and other content on the Site are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission. Any content you submit (for example, application answers) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it as needed to review your application and operate the Site.
Third-Party Services & Links
The Site relies on third-party providers (for example, payments via Razorpay and analytics tools) and may link to third-party sites. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control.
Buying Tickets & Passes
You can buy event tickets and day passes without being a member. Prices are shown before you pay, with GST added where it applies. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your full card details. Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds and we email you a confirmation. Cancellations, refunds, and what happens if we cancel or move an event are set out in our Cancellations & Refunds policy. While on the premises, please follow the instructions of our team; we may refuse or end entry for conduct that puts others at risk.
Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal data we collect and how we handle it.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Living Room is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “last updated” date; continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them. Last updated 5 November 2026.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
