Who can book the rooms?
Rooms at The Living Room can be booked by members only.
How do I book, reschedule, or cancel a room?
Rooms can be booked through the member portal. Bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time. Within 24 hours of the booking, changes and cancellations are not possible.
Can non-members attend a room booking?
Yes. Non-members may attend a room booking as guests of the member who made the booking. However, room attendance does not automatically include access to the shared lounge spaces. If a guest wishes to spend time in the wider Living Room before or after the booking, they will need a valid guest day pass.
Can guests arrive before the room booking?
Guests may arrive shortly before the scheduled booking time. If they wish to use the shared lounge spaces before the booking begins, a guest day pass will be required.
Can guests stay after the room booking?
Guests may remain in the booked room only for the duration of the booking. If they wish to stay in the wider Living Room after the booking, a guest day pass will be required.
Are the rooms suitable for video calls and presentations?
Yes. The rooms are equipped for different kinds of work, including video calls, presentations, collaborative discussions, and focused sessions.
Can food and drinks be ordered to the rooms?
Food and drinks from The Pantry may be ordered to the Conference Room and Discussion Room, subject to availability. Food is not permitted in the Studio.
What happens if my meeting runs over time?
If the room has another booking after yours, we ask that the room is vacated on time. If the room is available, members may extend the booking through the member portal.
